This program turns the focus from acknowledging implicit bias to addressing the important question, "What can we do about it?"  Michelle Philo, Corporate Counsel at Adtile Technologies Inc. and an active member of the ABA and San Diego gender equity task forces, will discuss best practices to overcoming bias in the legal profession and share successful examples of institutional bias interrupters.  Attendees will then engage in an interactive workshop and have the opportunity to identify, discuss, and collaborate on best practices to interrupt bias in the workplace to achieve both career and personal goals.
The presentation will include a catered lunch.
