This engaging MCLE program will explore the legal and medical risks that can arise from plastic surgery, featuring two medical malpractice attorneys and a Newport Beach plastic surgeon. Through a mock deposition of the surgeon, real-world examples of botched procedures, and a discussion of complications and standards of care, the panel will examine how cosmetic procedures can lead to medical malpractice claims and legal liability.
