LWDA Attorney Opportunity

LWDA is the cabinet-level agency responsible for a wide range of worker protections and programs in California, including wage and hour protections, health and safety protections, workforce development, and unemployment insurance.  The attorney must live in California (it’s open statewide – the posting says United States but it’s actually California) and be an active member of the California Bar, with at least 5 years of legal experience.  I am happy to answer questions about the position and the process.
