Prior experience in labor and employment law is preferred, but candidates with general litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law will be considered. Candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be admitted in California.
