Did You Know?
The color of red signifies the deficit women are paid. The date of April 4th (Equal Pay Day) is the date women would have to work until to get the same pay as their male counterparts did for the previous calendar year.


All attendees are invited to wear red for a group photo to be held at the event.

One Hour General MCLE Credit

Although California has passed the California Fair Pay Act on January 1, 2016, women continue to be paid less than their male counterparts. This panel will provide a threefold discussion on how the difference in compensation affects a woman’s long term financial future, the general challenges companies are facing in implementing fair pay audits, and how the law is being enforced in courts of law. The presentation will include a catered lunch. Free valet parking.
