Intimate Partner violence and harassment are part of our national and local dialogue now more than ever. This presentation will discuss how forms of violence, from harassment to stalking to physical/sexual violence, are handled by law enforcement, employers in the workplace, and in the courts. This presentation will also cover the different burdens of proof required by the courts for different types of protection. The presentation includes a catered lunch.
