The Rules and Forms Committee of the Superior Court of California, County of Orange, has proposed revisions to Local Rules.
 
Attached please find an Invitation to Comment regarding the proposed rule revisions. This proposal is being distributed for public comment in compliance with California Rules of Court, rule 10.613(g). The proposed revisions may be found on the Court’s website at www.occourts.org. Click on “Forms & Filing”, then “Local Rules of Court”; the full text of the revisions is found on the “Invitation to Comment” link.
 
The deadline to submit comments on the proposed revisions is October 16, 2015.
