ERISA / Employee Benefits Associate   
The Irvine office of Fisher & Phillips LLP seeks an ERISA / Employee Benefits associate/of counsel with 5+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with qualified & non-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare benefit plans, the Affordable Care Act, employment tax work and executive compensation. Candidate must be detail oriented and have superior research, writing and communication skills. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ideal candidate will enjoy public speaking, meeting with clients and developing new business opportunities.
              
Labor & Employment Associate              
The Irvine office of Fisher & Phillips LLP seeks an associate with 4+ years of labor and employment law experience. Ideal candidate will have significant employment litigation and traditional labor experience. Excellent academic credentials as well as strong research, writing, and analytical skills are required. Must be admitted in California.
